Tasmanian BlueHills Honey

One pleasant find in Singapore.

Leatherwood - a kind of tree or plant found in the forest of Tasmania. Apparently the taste of honey follows what kind of flowers the bees "use" to make the honey.

Tried it with some friends. We find it to be a strong tasting honey with a lot of "kick".

The honey is harvested in its natural state, and settles in two layers. Both layers are just as sweet.

The bottle also says:
- Raw Honey
- Unprocessed, Pure and Natural
- Straight from the honeycomb as nature intended.
- Unfiltered & cold extract

Plan to buy the bigger 1kg packing for own enjoyment and the smaller bottles as gifts to friends.
